United Kingdom Delivery 

Standard Delivery within mainland UK is £3.95 - on all orders for delivery by either Royal Mail or Evri depending on parcel size, and should arrive within 3-4 working days of order being placed

Express Delivery within the UK is £6.95 - sent by EVRI couriers or Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour Delivery.  Delivery time will be 1-2 working days from order being placed

If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email and advised of the likely date the item will be available.  You may then decide to wait or cancel your order.


 

  Returns

We are confident that you will be pleased with your goods but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item it must be unworn and returned in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days.   We do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons all sales on the following items are final and not eligible for returns; makeup, eyelashes, tights, wigs, contact lenses, underwear, and masks

The amount of refund will be the value of the item - we do not refund postage costs.

Please also additionally note:

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval
