Delivery
The "Real Plus" items are made to order so please allow 7-10 working days to receive these items. The "Wicked" range of costumes are usually held in stock so allow 4-5 days for these.
Delivery within the UK is £3.95 on all orders for delivery by Royal Mail 1st class service and should arrive within 1-2 days after you have been notified that the parcel has been sent out.
Express Delivery
If your order is more urgent we can send by Interlink Express couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Express delivery is £6.95 - delivery time will be 2-3 working days for "Wicked" costumes and 5-7 working days for Real Plus made to order costumes.
Returns
We are confident that you will be pleased with your goods but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item it must be unworn and returned in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days. We do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons all sales on the following items are final and not eligible for returns; makeup, eyelashes, tights, wigs, contact lenses, underwear, and masks
The amount of refund will be the value of the item - we do not refund postage costs.

If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email and advised of the likely date the item will be available. You may then decide to wait or cancel your order.
